JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design M&E systems for projects such as apartment buildings, entertainment areas, shops, restaurants, etc.;
- As an ME design engineer, extract drawings and coordinate with the estimating department to prepare material and equipment lists;
- Evaluate bidding documents for each M&E design and installation project;
- Participate in supervising and assessing product quality when required;
- Provide technical consultation for M&E incidents;
- Ensure all ME-related work meets technical standards, budget, and schedule;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager/Company Board of Directors;
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College/University with majors in electricity, electromechanics, or related fields;
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position;
- Preference for candidates with experience in the interior industry, especially in M&E design and construction;
- Proficient in ME design software such as AutoCad, Revit MEP, Dialux, Ecodial,…;
- Creative thinking and high sense of responsibility;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Fresh graduates are accepted and will be trained and guided.

JOB DESCRIPTION
– Supervise technical construction and interior finishing for projects:
- Monitor progress, techniques, and quality of subcontractors;
- Ensure progress, technical standards, and aesthetics meet the investor’s requirements;
- Report work to the direct manager and to the Board of Directors when required;
– Manage, guide, and supervise company teams and workers regarding technical execution for finishing items such as: gypsum plastering, glass & mirrors, tiling, wooden furniture installation, sanitary equipment, electrical & water systems…
– Assign tasks to workers and approve construction methods for subcontractors.
– Directly manage inspection, supervision, and evaluation of construction activities on-site. Check specifications and product quality at the workshop to ensure compliance with drawings, technical requirements, and approved quantity & quality.
– Perform acceptance and handover for teams, subcontractors, and investors.
– Complete all acceptance documentation between involved parties.
– Work according to assignment from the team leader and company management.
REQUIREMENTS
– Graduated from University of Transport, University of Construction, University of Architecture… majoring in construction or related fields.
– Experience in interior finishing, industrial wood furniture installation. Knowledge of interior materials such as hardware, glass, gypsum partitions, veneer walls, tile & stone finishing…
– Proficient in Autocad, Excel…
– Ability to plan, organize and manage construction sites and develop construction schedules.
– Good health, able to travel for business trips.

- Receive purchasing requests for materials and equipment from departments.
